Stuffed Accordion Potatoes Recipe

First of all you need anold fashioned apple peeler.

This is thebestgadget and you are going to want one of these.

It will peel, core, and slice your apples all in several easy twists of the crank!

You will want to peel one potato per person and then run them through the apple peeler.

See how cool it looks.

Now preheat the oven to 375 F and grease a square baking pan.

Now set the potatoes in your greased square pan standing up tall.

Fill each hole with your mixture of bacon, peppers, basil, and onion.

Now turn the potatoes onto their side and put any remaining topping scattered around the potatoes.

Pour your butter mixture over the top of the potatoes.

Bake for about 30 minutes.
