Marshmallow activity
check that to grab our free Designing a PVC shoot worksheet below.
Then use a sharpie to make lines where you want to cut your PVC pipe.
Remember, measure twice, cut once!
Star wars activities
Carefully, with an adults subervision cut along your lines to make your sections.
How many sections will depend on your design.
We have also included measurements for a base design in the free printable below.

Start putting together you homemade star wars blaster!
Now add your 5 piece.
Hands on stem activities
Next go back to the second T junction you added.
Put a 3 section in followed by an elbow and another 3 section as pictured above.
Now cap off the ends of the 3 pieces only.
Star wars day activities
Use duct tape to decorate your unique blaster!
To shoot you will put the mini marshmallow in the 7 tube opening.
Blow air in the end of the 5 tube to launch the marshmallow.
THen note if there are any improvements or revisions you would try next time.
If you like, make those changes and re-test.

Star wars party games
We did these at ourstar wars birthday partyand it was a big hit!
First, we had kids build their own blaster aka marshmallow shooter out of pvc pipe.
It was pre-cut and they could assemble it anyway they liked.
Then we had various colors of duct tape for kids to decorate their weapons.
Each kid got a bag of mini marshmallows for ammunition.
