Paint your cup
Start by painting the outside and bottom of your foam cup with black paint.
(You could also just leave a section of the cup white when you are painting it black.)
Cut & glue face details
Cut an orange beak and black flippers out of your cardstock paper.
Glue them onto your penguin along with your googly eyes.
We had longer feathers so we just cut off two sections from the feather.
Once your glue has dried your penguins are all ready for play!
