Growing up was had for Rosa because she had to be segregated.
On December 1, 1955, Rosa was riding on the bus home from work.
The seats were filled up and there were more people trying to get on the bus.
She was arrested for disobeying the segregation law, but this began the Montgomery Bus Boycott.
Finally the US Supreme Court ruled the law was unconstitutional ending the boycott in December 1956.
