I bought all of the items at the dollar store except for the blue card stock.

If you dont have card stock, you’re able to use construction paper too.

If you want to make the thirteen stripes, you may need to cut the tape into smaller strips.

Next, paint the white stripes with the red paint.

After the paint dries, remove the Painters tape.

You want to be careful when you take the tape off so you dont tear the paper.
