If blueberries had been in season I would have used them to make the water. I just used a cookie cutter to cut out the sandwich simple & FUN!! Heat griddle, large skillet, or outdoor grill. Top bread with cheese, onion, pear, and bread. Cook 3-4 minutes per side. Cut in half & serve.
