Cut out stars
Start by printing off thestar cupcake topper printableonto black cardstock paper.
Cut out the stars.
Then use your gold metallic marker to draw dots and/or lines along the edge of your stars.
Attach straws to the back of the stars
Cut your paper straws in half.
Attach your straws to the back of your stars with a piece of tape.
Tie them in a knot around your paper straw right underneath your star.
Use your scissors to carefully curl the ends of the tinsel.
We placed our cupcakes inside somegold foil cupcake linersto make them extra festive and sprinkled them withgold sugar sprinkles.
Then we placed our cheerful New Years Eve DIY Cupcake Toppers down into our cupcakes.
