Paint newspaper and cut out several different fish shapes from it
Start by painting your newspaper with your watercolors.
The newspaper will be saturated but dont worry.
Let it sit overnight to dry and in the morning it will be dry and crispy.
Once your newspaper is dry, cut out several different fish shapes from it.
Glue fish, plants and sand onto blue cardstock paper
Glue your newspaper fish onto your blue cardstock paper.
you’re free to also glue a googly eye onto your fish at this point.
