Kids would visit each station and attempt to win it in a minute.
Because of the size of ourSunday school classwe had all stations running simultaneously; each station accommodated 5 kids.
They were given instructions NOT to eat the candy until Ms. Beth said it was time.
Winners were given an un-played with valentine conversation heart to put in their sandwich bag.
Towards the end we gave out participation awards too to ensure all kids would have a tempting prize.
About 8 feet away we had a plastic cup for each of the 5 contestants.
The kids repeated this as many times as they could until the minute was up.
The child with the most hearts in his cup was the winner.
Then, all around it were small paper plates.
The student with the most stacked hearts was the winner.
The students with the most fruit loops on their plate after one minute was the winner.
When the time started kids had to venture to toss as many marshmallows into their cups as possible.
At the end of the minute the child with the most marshmallows in their cup was the winner.

Now pour 1/4 cup or so of sand over the glue.
