Next, draw a long curved line at the bottom that is connected to another short one.
We will then connect these portions with some curvy vertical lines.
The line at the base will also extend a bit further in a wavy line.
This crest is made up of a wreath with an eagle sitting above it.

This eagle is facing the left and has a bit of a stylized design to it.
