However, the real heart that you have in your chest looks very different than this symbol.
Learning to draw one can be really difficult because a heart is such a complicated organ.
You may think its too complicated, but Im going to show you the easiest way to do it.
It will be so detailed that you could even label the different parts of the heart!
To do this, we will be drawing a curved line that points downward.
This line will be thick and smooth, but it will also have a bit of bumpiness to it.
This shape will look almost like an upside-down lemon.
There will be some empty spaces there, but we will fill those in as we move on.
Use some curved lines to draw a small pipe coming off the top left-hand side of the heart.
Draw one more thick pipe coming out to the right, and then we can move to step 4.
To draw these veins, we will be using some thick lines.
Each vein will start with a single line and then branch off into many more.
Then you will be ready for the final touches in the next step!
once you nail finished these final details, be sure to add some of your own!
Maybe you could draw some more organs or even label the different parts of the heart.
What will you do to finish off before the final step?
We used various shades of pink to give a fleshy appearance to the various parts of the heart.
We would recommend using some watercolor paint, as this would make it look more like a textbook diagram.
You could use any other mediums, however, and anything you choose will look amazing!
The heart is an organ with many different parts that each has a name and function.
You could make this realistic heart drawing even more interesting by labeling some of these parts!
That is unless you happen to know all of the parts already!
However you do it, you could then draw a line from each part and then add the name.
How many parts can you name without consulting a picture?
How many you add depends on you and the space you have on your page.
This could include the lungs, intestines, stomach and maybe even the skeleton.
Once again, you might find diagrams that will show you what the internals look like around the heart.
How much would you add around it?
These could be subtle and could be added to existing details.
Even adding some shading or subtle lines could be really effective in making the heart look even more realistic.
