How to Draw A Cartoon Background Lets get Started!
The reason for this is that we will be framing this background in a vertical rectangle shape.
Then, once we have the outline, we will start drawing some magnificent mountains for the scene.
These will be drawn using layers of curved lines that all have a pointy tip at the top.
The lines used for these mountains will be rough and textured.
You could position this snow a bit higher or lower if you prefer as well!

To do this, we will draw two layers of curvy, wavy horizontal lines.

This is another step where you could change up the details depending on your preference.
Its completely up to you, and there are many other details that you could add as well.
In our reference image, we used many incredible blues and greens to create a stunning backdrop.

For example, you could add some trees, bushes and other plants dotted around.
Those are just a few small changes you could add, but they would make a big difference.

For a more subtle, light approach, watercolor paints or colored pencils would be the way to go.
