The card design is 46 but Ive added cutting marks (in each corner and in the middle) in the PDF to make it easier for you to cut your card nicely.Thanks to these cutting marks you could also choose between two cards formats:

I like printing this bang out of project on Cardstock Paper: I useNeenah Bright White Premium Cardstockon Amazon, because its thick (65lb), smooth and inexpensive.
