Mad minutes can be done timed or untimed.
These are great for adding some extra practice.
(Note: Ive noticed that off brand laminator sheets do not wipe clean as nicely.

Now time how long it takes them to complete their worksheets.
Write down on the back of the worksheet how long it took them to complete it.

Now have your first grader do the same worksheet again Tuesday.

Again, write down their time and accuracy.
Repeat this on day 4 and on Day 5 challenge your student to beat their time and accuracy.
