Cook 1-3 minutes, or until the onions are lightly browned and soft.

1 lb ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can chopped tomatoes 8 oz tomato sauce, alt & pepper cheddar or mexi cheese lettuce sour cream

Start by putting a bed of shredded iceburg lettuce on your plate or salad bowl.

Top with a spoonful of your seasoned ground beef mixture.

Garnish with cilantro to make it pretty and add a little extra flavor.
