Make folded card
Begin by folding your light blue cardstock in half to make a card.
Add each color of washi tape to create a rainbow
Grab your red washi tape.
Dont worry if some hangs off the top at this point.
Then continue cutting and adding each color of your washi tape to create a rainbow.
Glue it at the bottom of your washi tape rainbow.
Then use a marker to draw a cute smiley face on your cloud.
or You make gray skies blue.
Your rainbow washi tape craft is complete!
