Cut the cupcake liner circle out.

Glue liners to make body

Glue your mini blue cupcake liner at the bottom of your green cupcake liner.

Use your circle punch to cut out a 1 1/2-inch circle out of your blue cardstock paper.

Glue it towards the top of your mini blue cupcake liner.

Make a slits

Use your scissors to cut slits around the green cupcake liner to look like peacock feathers.

Glue blue sequins around the green cupcake liners.

Add feathers, eyes & beak

Glue a small blue feathers onto the back of the peacock head.

Glue googly eyes and a triangle beak onto the peacock face.

Attach to the craft stick

Finish your peacock by gluing it onto a jumbo craft stick with tacky glue.

Let it dry for about an hour before playing with it.
