Visiting a pumpkin patch and making a pumpkin patch craft has become a yearly tradition that my family loves!
This year my oldest happens to have a broken arm so we had to go the simple route.
As simple as thiscrayon rubbing pumpkin patch craftis, my daughter exclaimed Mommy this was the BEST idea ever!
and each of my kids ended up with about a dozen different variations of pumpkin patches.
Its such a simple and fun family activity!

The Laser Jet printer is better because the ink will leave the textured lines of the pumpkin for tracing.
If you use a regular Ink Jet printer you probably wont get those textured lines.
Maybe Im wrong though, I havent tried it.
Hold your unwrapped crayon vertical and rub the crayon all over the pumpkin.
Your pumpkin should rub right through the paper.
