Peel & cut your apples
Start by making your apple pie filling.
Peel your apples and cut them into small pieces.
We used about 6 cups of apples.
This handyapple peeler corermakes this step a breeze.
Toss the apple pieces with a tbsp of lemon juice.
Add the cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to coat all of the apples.
Let the apples cook and soften for about 10 minutes.
Then add the sugar and brown sugar into the mixture.
Let the apples continue to cook and soften until the liquid has completely cooked out of the pan.
Add half of the yogurt into the bottom of your container.
Finish off your parfait with a drizzle of caramel on top of the apple pie filling.
