We made 10 cuts in total to have five buildings.
See the picture above.
Take gray paper sheet and fold in half
Grab your gray sheet of cardstock and fold it in half.
Glue the back of the blue card.
Glue gray and blue cardstock together.
The gray cardstock adds extra stability to your New Years Eve craft.
Use another gray cardstock as a stand for the card.
Cut another sheet of gray cardstock in half.
Then fold that piece in half.

Now its time to make the fireworks for your New Years Eve Craft

Curl two pipe cleaners and wrap them together
For each firework you will need two shimmery pipe cleaners.
Bend each of the pipe cleaners around your finger to make it curly.
We created three fireworks for our craft, all in different colors.
you’ve got the option to design your craft however you choose.
Glue your fireworks to the card.
Glue all of your fireworks at the top of your craft.
Lets make our tall buildings

Prepare figures for the building
Cut out five black rectangles from your black cardstock paper for buildings.
Then cut out small yellow squares from your yellow cardstock.
Attach squares to your buildings
Glue yellow squares on each of your tall black buildings for lighted windows.
Your 3D New Years Eve Craft is complete
